We regularly update and add the features most requested by our users.
Start subtitlingSubscriptions
To update your subscription, just go to your account in the section my bills. You will find this section by going to the application and clicking on your avatar in the upper right corner and then in offer. To finish, you just have to click on the button "my bills" and you will be able to modify your subscription.

By upgrading to one of our paid subscriptions, you can access more features and longer video lengths.
If you need subtitles on a regular basis or if you subtitle more than 4 videos per month, we advise you to switch to a paid subscription. You'll save money and you won't have any watermarks automatically! The monthly subscription is without commitment, you can stop it at any time.
If you need a video branded to your image, translation or subtitle videos of more than 5 minutes we recommend the premium subscription. With the premium subscription, all the features of Captured are unlocked.
And if you have special needs, don't hesitate to discuss them with us. We also offer personalized subscriptions!
Capté offers 2 paid subscriptions, standard and premium.
The number of videos is unlimited in both cases.
The standard subscription is 20€ / month while premium is 50€ / month.
The standard subscription allows you to subtitle videos up to 5 minutes long while the premium subscription allows you to subtitle videos longer than 20 minutes and gives you access to translation.

Are you lost and don't know which subscription to take?
It's simple:
- You have no budget or only one video: choose the first option or the subtitling free with the watermarked video at the end or the payment of the video per unit (10€)
- You make more than 4 videos per month and videos of less than 5 minutes without need of translation: choose the standard subscription at 20€ / month or 216€ / year. The subscription is without commitment so you can stop it at any time.
- You make videos longer than 5 minutes and/or you need translation: choose the premium plan at 50€ / month or 540€ / year. The subscription is without commitment so you can stop it at any time.
Yes, we want to offer everyone the possibility to easily subtitle their videos. For that, we do not hesitate to propose personalized plans according to the needs of each one then do not hesitate to contact us if you do not find your happiness in the proposed subscriptions.
Yes, this is the case for all our subscriptions.
To do this, simply go to your profile page in your account. You will find this section by going to the application and clicking on your avatar in the upper right corner and then on Offer. And there you have access to the "Stop subscription" button in red at the bottom of the page.

PS: we propose to pause the subscription for a maximum of 2 months, this may be a suitable solution for you.
The trial period lasts 7 days.
To take advantage of the trial period, just click on the "7 days free trial" button of the subscription you want to test. You will then be asked to enter your card and your trial period will start immediately.
You can then take full advantage of all the features offered by the subscription you have chosen. Without any action on your part, after 7 days, your free trial will automatically end and your subscription will begin. Standard or premium subscription depending on what you have chosen.

Need a single video? No problem, just create an account and upload your video. You can use Captured for free.
Once your video is subtitled, you can download it for free with the captured watermark or pay 10€ to have it without watermark.
Capté offers free subtitles but the video has a Capté watermark on it. Don't want a watermark?
No worries, once your video is subtitled, you can choose to remove the watermark by paying 10 €.
If you have more than one video per month, you can also choose a subscription.
Capté automatically sends you your invoices by email.
Did you lose the email?
No worries! You can access your invoices at any time. To do this, log in to your account, click on your avatar in the upper right corner and then click on offer. You will be taken to the page where you will find the button "my invoices", click on it to access your invoices.

To update your billing information, simply go to your account in the section my bills. Capté offers 2 types of payments: monthly and yearly.
The yearly subscription is more economical than the monthly one because as a thank you for your loyalty, we offer you a little more than one month of subscription.
The standard subscription is 20€ / month in monthly while the annual is 18€ / month (216€ / year) that is to say 24€ offered.
