With the various confinements, companies and freelancers have had to turn to digital technology and have seen their spending increase in this area (subscriptions to digital solutions, e-commerce site ...). To help meet these needs, the French government has launched a recovery plan. Within the framework of this one,  a lump sum cheque for 500 €. is made available for expenses related to digital solutions : the France Num check. 

Capté is eligible for the France Num check. Thanks to this check, it is 1 year free of Premium subscription.

What is the France Num voucher and how can I benefit from it?

This is a lump sum cheque for 500 euros to cover all or part of the expenditure on digitisation.

You have until July 31 to benefit from it, if you meet these conditions:

  • Have less than 11 employees
  • Have a annual turnover of less than 2 million euros excluding tax
  • Be in possession of one or more invoices dated between October 30, 2020 and the June 30, 2021.
  • Expenditure is expected to amount to 450€ TTC minimum.

This exceptional assistance is limited to 110,000 companies but if you're eligible, don't hesitate to go for it.

How do I apply?

Concerning Capté, the lump-sum voucher is only eligible for the premium yearly subscription (the minimum amount of expenditure must be 450€ including tax).

To apply, simply go to cheque.francenum.gouv.fr and click on the "Enter my request" button at the bottom.

To apply, you will need:

  • One or more invoices dated between October 30, 2020 and the June 30, 2021. Please note: the total amount of the invoices submitted must be greater than or equal to 450 euros including tax. Accepted file formats: jpeg, pdf, png.
  • identity document of the declarant. Accepted formats: jpeg, jpg, png. (National identity card front/back, passport or residence permit front/back)
  • service agreement  if the request is not made by the beneficiary but by a third party declarant (chartered accountant, portage company).

Capté is eligible for the France Num check for the category subscription to digital solutions and in the sub-category sales-promotion. Therefore, for the nature of the request to be filled, the most suitable answers are content or internet visibility.

P.S.: You can find your invoices by logging into your account. Then click on your avatar, then go to offer and there you will find the button "my invoices". By clicking on it you can access all your invoices.

I can't find captured in the teleservice

It is not necessary for the service provider to be referenced if the invoice concerns a purchase or subscription to digital solutions in the themes set by order.

How long does it take to receive a cheque?

The aid will be paid to you approximately 1 month after the submission of your application.

A few minutes after validating the submission of your application, you will receive an automatic acknowledgement of receipt entitled "Application for "France Num" assistance...". Your file number and SIRET number will be indicated in the subject line of the message. The sender of the e-mail will be "[email protected]".

One to two weeks after your application has been submitted, you will receive a message entitled "Acceptance of your file. " . This message means that the Agency for Services and Payment has examined your application and validated it.

Within approximately 15 days, the 500 euro grant will be transferred to your bank account. You will receive a payment notification by mail confirming it to you.

If your application is rejected or incomplete, you will receive an e-mail informing you of this within the same timeframe.

Please note: if you have not received an acknowledgement of receipt after validation of your application, check your spam folder, otherwise you can try to submit a new application.
