As part of a free trial, all you have to do is create your account to take advantage of your trial.

Your free trial allows you to upload a single video. You can then choose to upgrade to a payment plan. This will allow you to upload more videos according to your needs.

Do you need more than 30 videos per month? Do you need a quote? Don't worry, just contact us and we'll find a plan adapted to your needs, based on a quote!

Capté accepts all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and many others. Other billing solutions are available upon request.

From the moment you upload a video to Capture, we consider that you have used a video, and it will be counted as used. The month is valid for 30 sliding days.

Example I subscribe to a standard plan of 10 videos. I'm uploading the first video to add subtitles. I only have 9 videos left to upload in a month.

Do not hesitate off course if that no longer suits you. You can also contact us for a custom payment plan.

Would you like to know how long your payment plan is valid? It is valid for 30 days from the date you signed up for it.

There is a limit on the number of videos for each shot:

Once the number of videos reaches your subscription will no longer be valid. You must re-subscribe even if the 30 days are not reached.

In such a case, we advise you to subscribe to the Premium plan instead, which seems to better suit your needs. Otherwise, contact us via our chatbot to get a tailor-made payment plan!
